Implicit Collusion
In a tournament where, for example, only the top 5 players are paid and there are 6 remaining (the last of whom is terribly short-stacked), implicit collusion involves all players at the table flat-calling through the river for the maximum likelihood that the short stack be busted by having all hands see the finish.
